| Description: | Terms of Contract - Contract Type: Full-time contractor (up to 40 hours per week), with opportunities to transition to W-2 employment for eligible U.S.-based candidates - Location: Open worldwide (long-term W-2 opportunities available only for U.S.-based candidates) Work Hours: Due to this role's heavily client-facing nature, you must be available to work business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST). About the Role This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technical and client-facing environments, enjoys writing detailed technical requirements, and has a proven ability to help manage development teams. As a full-time contractor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative software solutions, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role for U.S.-based candidates. Tech Stack Requirements To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency in: - Laravel - Vue.js - TailwindCSS Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves): - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure) - Knowledge of DevOps practices - Experience with complex system design and third-party integrations - Background in ETL processes and data migrations - Expertise in UI/UX optimization Key Responsibilities - Client Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison, understanding client needs and translating them into actionable technical specifications. - Solution Design: Architect scalable, efficient systems using Laravel and Vue.js while ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. - Technical Documentation: Write detailed technical requirements, including workflows, API specs, and system architecture diagrams. - Team Leadership: Manage and mentor developers, ensuring high-quality code and meeting deadlines. - Project Implementation: Manage the development process, from system design to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
